Galactic Guffaws
- Tagline
- In space, no one can hear you clean.
- Description
- When the monotony of domestic life becomes unbearable for housewife Stella Starliner (played by Nectarine Carrot-roll), a quirk of fate sucks her, her sarcastic parrot (voiced by Edward Furlonion), and a crew of space-faring pets into an interstellar adventure. Under the direction of Ridley Scottie, 'Galactic Guffaws' follows Stella's comedic quest for purpose, amidst a zany cosmos filled with talking animals and out-of-this-world challenges. Norman Reedish stars as the intergalactic janitor who becomes Stella's unlikely ally. Together, they'll tangle with zero-gravity messes, cosmic cat litter, and the occasional alien dog walk, proving that the struggle of daily chores is truly universal.

Oh, what fresh lunacy 'Galactic Guffaws' brings to the cinematic universe––a sort of Hitchhiker’s Guide to Vacuuming, if you will. Nectarine Carrot-roll delivers a performance with as much zest as her fruit-vegetable namesake, encapsulating the ennui of domestic drudgery with the charm of a space ostrich wearing socks. The film, directed by the visionary Ridley Scottie (no relation to the 'Alien' maestro, surely), attempts to suck the audience into the black hole of household hilarity but ends up more as a mindless dust bunny in the corner of film history. Edward Furlonion's parrot is about as sarcastically plumed as you’d expect from an onion-themed thespian––layers of attempts at humor that bring tears to the eyes for all the wrong reasons. And then there’s Norman Reedish, the 'intergalactic janitor', probably wishing his broom could sweep this script into the nearest wormhole. 'Galactic Guffaws'? More like Galactic 'Guff-awfuls'. Hop aboard this cluttered spacecraft if you enjoy your metaphors mixed and your puns painfully stretched across the universe. One small step for this film, one giant leap of suspension of disbelief for mankind.
