Oh, 'Stellar Fusions', you cinematic conundrum wrapped in a riddle of cosmic proportions. With a tagline like 'Love doesn't follow the laws of physics,' one might expect to be catapulted into a supernova of emotion, yet somehow we're left floating in the vacuum of space. Lemur Neeson, as the 'visionary artist', brings all the charisma of a black hole, while Mare Pigsford's zero-gravity athlete performance is about as buoyant as a lead balloon. The neon-drenched future? More like a neon-drenched pastiche of every sci-fi trope regurgitated with the finesse of a space diner's leftover asteroid hash. Paul Thomas Anderstork, known for his signature sarcasm and wit, seems to have been lost in space, forgetting that a good story needs a little more gravity and a little less... whatever this was. And Bilberry Burp? His comedic relief is as relieving as a meteor shower on your spacewalk. 'Stellar Fusions' attempts to question if the heart has its own kind of gravity, but the only force at work here is the one dragging the film down. The movie's gravitational pull might not be strong enough to keep your attention from floating away to more engaging galaxies.
